The Young Actors Company have been training actors at our renowned Drama School for over 45 years. We are excited to announce that we are expanding into not just providing acting tuition, but will be bringing affordable theatre experiences to young people.
We are passionate about bringing storytelling to life. We create Theatre in Education programmes that inspire, engage and educate young people.
The YAC Players is our fantastic new adult performing troupe and we are delighted to announce our special school’s adaptation of Romeo and Juliet is coming to the Corpus Playroom Cambridge in March 2023.
Our captivating adaptation of Shakespeare’s most famous tragedy is specifically designed with the GCSE curriculum in mind and focuses on the story’s main themes, in a modern-day and relatable world.
Your students will laugh, cry, and walk away from our show with a stronger understanding of the story and text, which will further help with their exam preparations.
All of this is yours for just £5 per student and includes one free ticket for teaching staff per ten students booked.
Romeo and Juliet will run from the 28th to 31st March 2023. Our Schools performances will run for one hour during the school day. There is limited availability so act fast to avoid disappointment.
Our brilliant Early Bird offer includes a free Q&A with the Director and Cast on all bookings made before 15th December. Your students will have the opportunity to ask questions about the play, production and its interpretation.
